Uriah walked through the woods, holding his Buneary in his arms. Ambipom was swinging from branch to branch with her tails while Buizel was in his Pokeball, as he didn't like strolling around in the forest. "Ambi!" Ambipom called out and jumped to the ground in front of Uriah. "What is it Ambipom?" He asked. Ambipom pointed through the trees, Uriah looked to see a figure approaching.

The forest surrounded me, the deep musty scent making me relaxed. I looked about, almost fearing I was lost in the trees. I looked down when I felt the tapping of sticky paws on both of my legs. Hun and Bun, my twin teddiursas, were trying to get me to look through the oaks. I could see a figure, coming forwards. Bun growled as Hun hid behind me. I sighed and picked up the growling little bear pokemon. "Hello?"

(Switching to first person)
I heard the figures voice- it was a girl. Buneary, being shy, buried herself into my shirt. "Hi." I said and I walked on further, Ambipom walking behind me, until I reached the female. "I guess we aren't the only ones going for a walk through the forest. My name is Uriah, what's yours? This is Ambipom and Buneary, don't mind Buneary, she's a little shy around new people."

I cocked my head curiously as the figured cleared to me. It was boy, maybe older than me or maybe my age. Bun's louder growls brought me back to the world. I gave a shy half-smile and tapped the little pokemon on the head. "Ah, hello. I'm Kou. Sorry about Bun, he uh... he does this when he's uneasy."

"Nice to meet you." I said. "It's okay, he sounds a lot like my Buizel. He gets a little anxious and uneasy around new people." Buneary raised her head and hopped down from my arms, she walked shyly around to the other side of Kou and saw the shy Pokemon behind her. Ambipom came from behind me and approached Kou, giving her a bright smile.

I gave a light nod and let Bun down who settled between my legs with a huff. I grinned lightly as gazed down, but I looked back up, short ginger hair bobbing. I looked over to the bunny and then to the monkey. I relaxed slightly as I felt the sticky teddiursa paws release my leg as Hun moved his nose forward to give a polite sniff. I snickered and blinked up at the boy. "I, uh, well... It's nice to meet you too."

"So." I said to her. "Would you care to have a battle or a contest battle? It's always good to get in practice, right?" Ambipom gave a smile and that a jumped up and down, clearly excited at the thought of having a battle. Buneary gave Hun a small wave and blushed shyly.

My eyes widened a bit as heard "battle", I was half between worrying and grinning. I sighed and looked down, Hun and Bun getting the drift. "I usually don't battle unless it's an official elite battle, but um... okay? I didn't bring my pokemon except for Bun. Hun doesn't fight." Bun crawled out into clear view and stood. He bounced about happily and looked between the two.

I gave her a smile. "Great!" I said. "Should we have a regular battle or would you like to do a contest battle? I guess it doesn't really make a difference to me." Buneary hopped back to me and jumped into my arms, my Ambipom watching the two of us talking, both of them interested in either watching or participating in the battle.
